What if the item I ordered arrived damaged?

Please email hello@doteshopping.com to send us photos of the damage and your invoice from the retailer. In your email, please let us know if you're interested in receiving a replacement, or if you would like a refund instead. Once we have all this information, we'll work with this retailer to sort this out for you!
